Flor-Mari, owner and founder of Iris and Poppy's Kitchen

Flor-Mari comes from a long line of really good cooks. Her parents owned and ran a restaurant in the 70s and later another restaurant in San Diego in the late 80's. 

Flor-Mari is a self taught chef and only knows how to cook for an army. Her cooking is influenced by memories of an idyllic childhood as well as a roller coaster adulthood. When she is not at her two jobs, Flor-Mari can be found planning her next food project or getting mani-pedis with her daughter.
